Here’s what you will need:

● 1 tbsp ground cumin
● Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
● 3 garlic cloves, minced
● ½ (14 oz) jar EPIC Beef Jalapeño Sea Salt Bone Broth

● 1 (15 oz) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
● Avocado, for serving
● Cheese, for serving
● Sour Cream, for serving
● EPIC Chili Lime Oven Baked Pork Rinds

To make: Add pork fat to a large pot, followed by onion and peppers, seasoning with
salt and pepper and sauté for 10 minutes. Add your Dark Hammock Legacy Ranch
grass-fed beef and chili powder, paprika, and cumin. Continue to sauté, add garlic, cook
some more, then drain the grease and add the chili base: bone broth, a can of diced
tomatoes, and a can of kidney beans. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes to 1
hour. Enjoy your chili with sour cream or cheese!

If steak is more your thing, we’ve got the perfect ribeye recipe from Garnish and Gather.
This recipe has a great flavor that packs a punch and could even be served alongside that
chili! Additionally, it’s a great beginner grass-fed steak recipe, as the marinade involved
makes the steak harder to dry out.
Here is what you will need:
● 2 cloves garlic
● 1/2 cup onion
● 1/2 cup orange juice
● 2 limes, juiced
● 1/4 tsp cumin
● 1/2 tsp oregano
● 2 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
● 1/2 tsp hot sauce (optional)
● 2 Tbsp olive oil
● 3/4 lb ribeye steak
● salt & pepper to taste

To make: combine the garlic, onion, orange juice and lime juice, cumin, oregano, and
cilantro, olive oil, salt and pepper in a blender. Pour two-thirds of the mixture into a bag,
soaking the Dark Hammock Legacy Ranch grass-fed ribeye for 10 minutes. Remove,
drain the excess, and sear the steak on a hot grill for three minutes on each side. Move
the steak to a cooler area of the grill, cover and cook until the steak is at the desired
temperature. Serve in slices, garnishing with the reserved one-third of the marinade.
